Industrial Conveyor Belts
Conveying and guiding solutions for industrial processes
Industrial conveyor belts are an essential element in automated production lines, as they allow the precise, continuous and safe transfer of parts between different work stations.
All our conveyors incorporate guiding and channeling systems adapted to the type of part and the specific needs of each process. These guides guarantee the correct positioning and orientation of the parts until they are delivered to the receiving station or destination machine.
The conduits can be manufactured in different materials and configurations:
- Stainless steel
- Polyamide
- Width and height adjustable guides
- Folding systems
- Registers for rapid evacuation of parts

Types of conveyor belts
We have configurable solutions for multiple industrial applications.
Features
We have industrial conveyor belts with different dimensions and configurations to adapt to each application:
- Lengths from 450 to 3000 mm
- 40, 80 and 120 mm widths
- Modular configuration in multiples of 40 mm
- Structural height of 40 mm
- Ø 40 mm rollers and drums
The linear feed rate can be configured in two ways:
- Fixed speed
- Adjustable speed via frequency inverter
Customization and applications
Conveyor belts are usually integrated with linear vibrators and link-lung units and are an indispensable component in many industrial automation systems.
System advantages
They function as a linking element between the positioning unit and the receiving station or process line.
They regulate the variable flow rate coming from the positioning unit.
They guarantee the constant availability of parts at the receiving station.
They allow to define and control the linear transport speed.
They facilitate the automatic start and stop control of the vibratory feeder by means of saturation sensors.
Applications of linear vibrators
Linear vibrators are used in multiple industrial sectors and automated applications, especially in:
- Automatic feeding systems.
- Assembly lines.
- Classification and positioning processes.
- Transport of small and medium-sized parts.
- Integration with hoppers and vibratory feeders.
